Enable location access

A few contests and offers are limited to people near a specific spot, and the leaderboard can show players near you - both need your browser's location permission. If you previously blocked it, your browser won't ask again on its own; you'll need to turn it back on yourself.

On a computer

  1. Click the lock icon (or "ⓘ" site-information icon) just to the left of the web address, in your browser's address bar.
  2. Find Location in the list of permissions for this site.
  3. Change it to Allow.
  4. Reload this page and try again.

On a phone

  1. Open your browser app's settings, then find Site settings (or "Permissions") and Location.
  2. Look for brandmap in the site list and set it to Allow.
  3. Some phones also need location turned on for the browser app itself under your phone's own Settings → Apps → (your browser) → Permissions.
  4. Reload this page and try again.
